Throughout this unprecedented time, the Staten Island Museum has strived to persevere as a resource for the community and to inspire, educate and uplift our audiences through natural sciences, art and history. Focusing on the future as we celebrate our 140th year, the Staten Island Museum is pursuing new initiatives as a 21st Century museum which include digitizing collections and beginning the planning stages of a new STEAM Education building.

The Staten Island Museum has been here since 1881 and will stand many more decades into the future. We remain a constant presence and mainstay to the community.
