The Staten Island Museum is a cool and air-conditioned space to escape the heat and enjoy some great exhibits during the hot New York City summer. The Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-5pm. Drinking fountains are also available to museum guests.

Join naturalists Ed Johnson and Ray Matarazzo with Director of Natural Science Colleen Evans on guided walks through the borough of parks. We will search for nesting birds in the woods and open areas, as well as gulls, terns and waders along Raritan Bay. Meet in the parking lot near the Parks Dept. buildings.
