Bird and Nature Walk: Great Kills Park

Join naturalists Ed Johnson and Ray Matarazzo with Director of Natural Science Colleen Evans on guided walks through the borough of parks.

The highlights for this walk will be migrating shorebirds, in addition to waders and assorted gulls and terns.

Meet in the big parking lot at 1pm (Low tide is at 1:28 pm), and we will decide which route to take down to the beach & mud flats. Could be hot, bring sunscreen & drinks.
