Updated Visitor Information: All visitors ages 5 and older must show proof they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine for admission to the museum, in accordance with NYC requirements. Visitors aged 18 and older will also be asked to show photo ID. Visitors 12 and older require proof of two vaccine doses. Face coverings are required for all over the age of 2, even if vaccinated. During the women’s suffrage movement, tea parties provided
women a place to gather, fundraise, and organize their efforts
to advance the cause. With just a few household items, you can
make your own papier mache teacup and start from there.

Supply List:

• Old newspapers
• Liquid glue such as Elmer’s
• A container to mix glue with tap water
• A small empty container from yogurt or applesauce
• A small piece of thin cardboard (such as a flap of a cereal box)
• Scissors
• Tape
