Revel in the beauty and learn about the life cycles and habitats of moths. \nActivities include: \n\nDesign your own set of moth wings and antennae to buzz around town!\nBlack Light Bonanza: Face Painting and Moth Making in the Glow Room by the Staten Island Children’s Museum\nCooper Keane and the Mobile Monarch Museum\nFreshkills Park After Dark Science Activities: Bat & Moth\, Deer Bed\, and Midnight Smells\nMoth specimens on display from the museum’s collection along with magnifying glasses to look closely\nNight Walk to search the skies and see what insects find our light attractor appealing (bring your own flashlight!)
