Ms. Morris’ extensive career in television began with the Children’s Television Workshop more than 30 years ago\, and has included employment at the American Broadcasting Company and The Walt Disney Company\, receiving a career total of 30 Emmy Awards\, 4 ACT awards\, 10 Christopher Awards and 4 Peabody Awards. Now she is creating a coding academy to help other kids do the same. \nMY NAME IS MALUUM\nBrazil\, Animation\, Luísa Copetti\, 2021\, 8 min.\nIn Portuguese\, with English subtitles\nMaalum comes from a home surrounded by love and Afro-centered references.
