Donations welcome. \nDonate \nZoom link will be sent upon registration. \nLambda Associates of Staten Island (LASI) was incorporated in April 1983 with a mission to “institute and promote a Social\, Cultural\, and Educational association on Staten Island for Gay Men and Women.” The organization celebrated its first anniversary with a dance at the Columbian Lyceum on October 8\, 1983. \nJoin former board member Mitchell Grubler and other Lambda friends to learn about the power of joy and celebration as a tool for LGBTQ organizing in 1980s Staten Island.
