SUMMARY:Guided Tour of Taking Care: The Black Angels of Sea View Hospital
DESCRIPTION:In participation with New York State’s PATH Through History weekend\, the Visitor Experience department of the museum will be offering a free guided tour of Taking Care: The Black Angels of Sea View Hospital on Saturday October 12th\, 2024\, from 2:30-3:30pm. \nIn 1951\, Staten Island made history when a breakthrough treatment for tuberculosis was tested at Sea View Hospital. Registration recommended. This event has limited capacity. \n
