During this time when we are unable to welcome your class into the Museum, we are offering online, interactive learning opportunities led by Museum educators and teacher resources to support your curriculum.

Voting Rights for Women’s Suffrage Centennial (September 2020)

Explore the exhibit, Women of the Nation Arise: Staten Islanders in the Right for Women’s Right to Vote to understand how the right to vote was gained over time for women and other groups. By examining primary source materials, learn about the roles Staten Islanders played in the Women’s Suffrage movement and the importance of civic engagement.

Animal Homes: Who Lives There?

Explore the habitats of birds, insects, mammals and other native species. Learn how animals adapt by studying where they live and how they survive and thrive.
