Impractical Jokers: Homecoming explored the story of four longtime friends from Staten Island whose hidden-camera, comedic television show, Impractical Jokers, has become a pop culture phenomenon. Steeped in embarrassment and awkward situations that make us laugh and cringe, the humor is built upon a foundation of trust and camaraderie amongst the four guys, James “Murr” Murray, Sal Vulcano, Brian “Q” Quinn, and Joe Gatto.

Visitors saw original costumes, props and art created over the past seven seasons. The exhibition included interviews, episode highlights and behind-the-scenes production secrets. Visitors took a journey with the Jokers from high school hijinks to mainstream comedic success that all started on the shores of Staten Island. Interactive surprises were found throughout the museum to make the Jokers’ exhibition experience as unexpected as the Impractical Jokers themselves.

The exhibition was been made possible, in part, through support from Lead Exhibition: Sponsor truTV, Partner Sponsor: North South Productions, and Contributing Sponsors: Office of the Staten Island Borough President Island Auto Group, and the SL Green Family Foundation.
