A postcard that contains a photograph, produced by Weitzman's Photo Shop of Stapleton, Staten Island, of the Sea and Land House (also known as the Carter House) that was located near Mill Road in Oakwood, Staten Island.  The Victorian-style house was demolished in 1939.
